4 medium zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley for garnish (chopped)

Lemon zest (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

      - Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

        - Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

          Cook the Zucchini Noodles:

            - In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.

              - Add the spiralized zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes, just until they begin to soften. Do not overcook, as you want them to retain some crunch.
