1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds

2 medium zucchinis, diced

1 bell pepper (any color), chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Foil: Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12x18 inches).

    Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced sausage, zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and corn. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is coated well.

      Assemble the Packs: Divide the veggie and sausage mixture evenly among the four sheets of foil. Create a boat shape with the foil by folding up the edges to prevent any juices from leaking out.
