Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup strawberry jam

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well coated. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Make the Cream Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Layer the Strawberries: Once the crust has set, pour the cream filling into the chilled crust. Spread evenly. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream filling, creating a beautiful pattern.

Add the Glaze: In a small saucepan, gently heat the strawberry jam over low heat until it becomes liquid. Pour the warm jam over the sliced strawberries, ensuring they are coated evenly.

Chill and Serve: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it back in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours or until set. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
