4 boneless cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice and zest of 1 large lemon

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Cod: Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

      Cook the Zucchini: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced zucchini and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften and turn slightly golden.
