2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat on the stovetop.

      Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

        Slice the Chicken: Once rested, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

          Assemble the Wraps: On each romaine lettuce leaf, place a few slices of grilled chicken, drizzle with additional Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and crushed croutons, if using.
