Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: diced tomatoes and avocado for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

      Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

        Assemble the Wrap: Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of ranch dressing on the tortilla. Layer with fresh spinach, grilled chicken strips, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. If using, add optional diced tomatoes and avocado.

          Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up tightly to encase the filling.

            Grill the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill or grill pan, pressing gently. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

              Serve: Remove from the grill, slice diagonally, and serve warm with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
