Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed granola, coconut flakes, or chopped nuts

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until well blended and creamy.

Gently fold in the halved strawberries, ensuring they're well coated with the yogurt mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Using a teaspoon or your hands, scoop out spoonfuls of the yogurt-coated strawberries and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for clusters of 3-4 strawberries together for convenient snacking.

If desired, sprinkle your chosen toppings on top of each cluster for added crunch and flavor.

Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.

Once frozen, carefully peel the yogurt clusters off the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
