Ingredients

8 oz (about 225 g) of fusilli pasta (or pasta of your choice)

2 medium cucumbers, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Crumbled feta cheese for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool the pasta quickly. Set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta is cooking, chop the cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked and cooled pasta to the bowl with the chopped vegetables. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, then add the fresh dill. Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the salad and adjust seasoning as needed. You may add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice based on your preference.

Chill: Cover the pasta salad with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top for an extra burst of flavor. Serve chilled.
