1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 large egg

1 1/4 cups milk

1/3 cup melted butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For assembly:

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Prep the Chicken:
