Creamy Pesto Chicken Ravioli Bake

12 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup prepared pesto sauce

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pesto sauce, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in the cooked ravioli, chopped spinach, cherry tomatoes, and half of the mozzarella cheese into the pesto mixture until everything is well-coated.

          Assemble the Bake: In a large baking dish (9x13), pour the ravioli mixture evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

            Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
